PAMER

Low-Emission Palm Oil Mill
Modular. Efficient. Sustainable.
What is PaMER?
PaMER (Palm Mesocarp Extraction & Refining) is a modular, low-emission palm oil mill powered by SPOT, Steamless Palm Oil Technology.
It replaces steam-based wet processing with a clean, hot-air dry system, eliminating boilers and removing wastewater entirely.
PaMER is designed to operate closer to plantations, enabling efficient, environmentally-friendly processing while reducing costs and increasing value for farmers and industry players.
Why PaMER Matters
PaMER addresses the biggest structural challenges in Indonesia’s palm oil industry:
- Centralized mills force smallholders to depend on large factories far from their farms.
- High logistics costs reduce farmer margins and create unequal value distribution.
- Traditional mills rely on boilers, resulting in high emissions and wastewater pollution.
- Global sustainability pressure demands cleaner, modern production methods.
PaMER offers a breakthrough solution: decentralized, clean, modular palm oil mills designed for Indonesia’s future green economy.
Key Features of PaMER
- Modular mill architecture
- No boiler required
- Zero wastewater (no POME)
- Low carbon footprint
- Hot-air dry processing
- Flexible capacity (2–30 tons FFB/hour)
- Lower Capex compared to traditional mills
- Lower Opex and energy consumption
- Based on patented SPOT technology
How PaMER Works
PaMER integrates the SPOT dry-processing method into a scalable mill system.
Simple, clean workflow:
- FFB Collection → Fresh fruits delivered from nearby farms
- Hot-Air Drying → No steam, no water
- Demesocarper Separation → Mesocarp detached cleanly
- Mesocarp Oil Extraction → Produces high-quality PMO
- Purification & Storage → Clean oil ready for downstream uses
- Optional Modules → DPMO → RPMO production
Powered entirely by SPOT, PaMER operates without combustion boilers and without producing wastewater.
Capacity Options
PaMER is available in three scalable configurations:
PaMER Micro
2–5 tons FFB/hour
Suitable for villages, smallholders, cooperatives.
PaMER Village
10–15 tons FFB/hour
